Whether she was improving the health and wellness of Employees at CU Boulder, performing as a top personal trainer at Rally Sport Health and Fitness, or coaching clients in the pillars of health, Margi is dedicated to helping others reach their highest health potential.

Margi has experience and offers techniques in the three key lifestyle areas necessary for the success of Connected EC clients: mindfulness, nutrition, and physical fitness.

Approach + Philosophy

Margi believes that providing the right information and tools is only part of the success equation. Addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person altogether is what makes for lasting changes. In order to truly transform, one needs to uncover and heal the self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors that keep people stuck. When working with a client, Margi looks at the whole person and supports them in the areas they need the most for the greatest positive transformation.

Margi has helped me to lose over 60 lbs. and come off numerous prescription drugs for high blood pressure, high cholesterol and sleep. She provided me with numerous ways to eat healthy and help me to learn how to fuel my body with food instead of medicating myself with it. I am addicted to everything and she has helped to channel those addictions into healthy safe choices and to learn to love myself again with her holistic methods. She truly has helped in saving my life. I will be forever indebted to her.
