ELEMENTS OF OUR LEADER APPROACH

LEADERSHIP BASICS

A strong leader must be able to set a clear direction and motivate others to act. Delivering great results requires strong leadership skills and habits. We focus on all the foundational skills needed to lead effectively: communication, healthy conflict management, facilitating the development of others, building allies, to name a few.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Prolonged stress creates fatigue, loss of libido and brain fog. It also changes your biochemistry. Stress management keeps your body and mind out of survival mode. It’s about learning how to activate your inner rest/digest mode so that you can build more energy and focus. We work with leaders to develop personal stress management practices.

FOOD IS FUEL

Your body and brain need an optimal mix of nutrients for optimal function. Changing your diet - even small changes - can have a profound and rapid effect on your energy levels, sense of wellbeing and your leadership capacity. We work with leaders to optimize their nutrition to maximize their energy and leadership.

MINDFUL LEADERSHIP

Mindful leadership creates more self-awareness and a deeper understanding of others. You will learn to be the master of your own mind and emotions, as well as your responsiveness. The access point to our greatest emotional intelligence and our resiliency as leaders is mindful leadership.

EMBODIMENT

Embodiment is about learning to lead with your entire body and expanding your executive presence. Through a deeper connection to the physical body, you’ll learn the importance of breath, posture and movement in leadership. Humans are wired for physical activity. Movement practices have a positive effect on energy, mood, anxiety and insomnia. It also supports digestion, immune function, hormonal systems and the cardiovascular system. We work with executives to develop a personalized movement regimen that is designed to promote optimal stamina, health and vitality for their bodies.
