  • Leadership Coach & Advisor
  • Former Chief Marketing & Communications Officer

BACKGROUND

Jennifer Johnson is a leadership coach and advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders navigating the demands of high-performance roles.

She brings over 25 years of experience in senior leadership, including serving as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Prime Therapeutics, one of the largest pharmacy solutions companies in the United States. She has spent more than a decade leading within Fortune 100 environments, navigating scale, complexity, and transformation at the executive and board level.

Throughout her career, Jennifer became known as a trusted thought partner, valued for her ability to bring clarity, perspective, and grounded judgment in high-stakes environments. Her transition into coaching was a natural extension of that role.

Following a cancer diagnosis that reshaped her perspective on success and sustainability, Jennifer chose to focus her work on helping leaders perform at the highest levels without compromising themselves in the process.

Today, she coaches and advises a select group of senior leaders, bringing both lived experience and practical insight into the realities they face.

APPROACH + PHILOSOPHY

Jennifer’s work sits at the intersection of performance and sustainability.

Many leaders seek support only after reaching a point of exhaustion, overwhelm, or diminishing clarity. Often, the instinct is to focus solely on strategy or execution. But lasting leadership effectiveness requires something deeper: the ability to think clearly under pressure, maintain perspective amid complexity, and lead in a way that is both effective and sustainable.

Jennifer’s work helps leaders strengthen the internal foundations that drive external performance – clarity, focus, self-awareness, and aligned decision-making.

Known for her calm steadiness and grounded perspective, Jennifer creates space for honest reflection while helping clients translate insight into practical action. Clients value her as both a strategic thought partner and trusted sounding board – someone who can challenge their thinking, navigate complexity alongside them, and help them move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

She believes that achievement and well-being are not opposing forces. The leaders who create the greatest long-term impact are those who can perform at a high-level while sustaining the capacity to lead well over time.
