Vicki Cabrera is an organizational and positive psychology consultant, researcher, and evaluator who is passionate about bringing out the best in people and organizations. Her evidence-based work focuses on improving well-being, optimizing performance and development, and achieving and measuring positive outcomes and social impact for organizations in the U.S., the Philippines, and internationally. Vicki also draws on 20 years of diverse experience (program & product management, nonprofit management, teaching/training, research, consulting) with a variety of organizations across the nonprofit, education, social enterprise, business, and public sectors in the U.S and Asia. Prior to consulting, she co-founded a school for social entrepreneurship in the Philippines and managed programs for the College Board and Dress for Success in the U.S. She has a PhD in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation & Applied Research Methods at Claremont Graduate University where she received a Stuart Oskamp Fellowship. She also holds an MPA in Public & Nonprofit Management & Policy from New York University.
