Using the 5Cs Model and the Principles 5Cs Assessment, we measure and improve team dynamics, employee satisfaction, and overall organizational performance.
Academic
In partnership with Claremont University’s Leader and Organization Vitality Lab (LOV Lab), which is made up of a collection of advanced graduate students in positive psychology, organizational psychology, and more, we provide organizations the opportunity to help drive research agendas for the future of work. Through the lab, students actively research topics like positive psychology, leadership, and organizational culture.
